Our Process
Thermoforming and vacuum forming is a process by which industrial plastics are heated and pulled over molds to create parts and products for industries including airline and ground transportation, medical, fitness, utility, and wildlife protection. The part is trimmed and assembled for its particular objective. This process is a cost-effective way to produce prototypes or low production parts.
